As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are running a FREE “Stress & Anxiety” online training workshop. 🧠✨
This workshop is a window into what causes your reactions in your life and an idea of being in control to change them into responses.
Objectives:
- Understanding the definitions of both stress and anxiety :
- To provide you with information about the differences and similarities.
- To offer a brief insight into your self-awareness of how stressed or anxious you are or not.
- An overview of the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety:

- Understanding how both responses to life’s challenges can overlap and feed each Aother
- Talking about how they both feel and how the body responds to both
- A discussion around the idea of the need and positive aspects of Stress and anxiety:
- To help you recognise and understand the moments in time that these conditions may be useful or positive
- Some hints and tips to be able to deal with the symptoms of stress and anxiety
- A healthy does of self-reflection and building some self-awareness
Outcomes:
- Increased Self-awareness:
- Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the self and be more aware of what is going on for you
- Increased awareness of the importance of recognising the signs of both Stress and anxiety
- An idea about what creates stress in your life and your causes of anxiety
- Empowerment
- Participants will be more informed about the concepts of stress and anxiety
- Encouragement of open conversations and using accurate terminology when trying to describe feelings to others

- Increased self-efficacy in managing your responses to stress and anxiety
