Adult Breakfast Hub

Starting your day with a healthy breakfast and engaging with others can have a significant positive impact on your mental health. For adults, getting up, having breakfast, and meeting people can help improve mood, boost energy levels, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Breakfast provides the body with essential nutrients to fuel the brain, helping to improve focus and concentration, while socializing can reduce feelings of loneliness and increase feelings of connection and well-being.

At our Breakfast Hub, we offer a warm, welcoming space for you to enjoy a free breakfast of toast, cereals, and a hot drink while connecting with others in your community. We meet every Tuesday from 8.30 am to 10 am, and all are welcome to attend. Whether you’re looking for a nutritious start to your day or a chance to meet new people, our Breakfast Hub is the perfect place to enjoy good food and good company, all while nurturing your mental health.
