The 5 Ways to Wellbeing has been something that Unmasked Mental Health has implemented into our day to day lives since day 1, and we continue to improve on our own wellbeing by doing this.
We believe that the 5 ways to wellbeing should be delivered as a fun session, Mental Health is a serious subject and we respect that. The 5 ways is more focusing on being happy, so why not make this session fun?
