Unmasked Mental Health Support Hubs are for anyone; they are a safe and comfortable space where you are free to talk about your own mental health – or not as you see fit, the choice is always yours.
The Hub sessions are informal and relaxed and are true ‘peer support’ groups (meaning you receive support from each other, not therapy specialists). All groups are led by a facilitator and sometimes a co-facilitator, whose role is to encourage the group to develop and flourish in a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive way.
Below, you’ll be able to see which of our Hubs is the most local to you, together with the date and time of their next meeting. If you would like to join an Unmasked Support Hub please click the relevant icon below and feel free to get in contact.
