Mental health training is just one of the ways we are changing the experience for people living with poor mental health. By educating workplaces it creates an open culture and helps to break the stigma associated with mental health.
We provide the highest quality introductory mental health training content, delivered using a combination of learning techniques; presentations, discussions, case studies and interactive exercises. We combine theoretical approaches and real-life experiences to produce comprehensive and effective training packages.
An excellent and extremely valuable 2-day course for adults, resulting in a qualification as a Mental Health First Aider. Not only is it important these days to have First Aid in the workplace, but Mental Health First Aid in the workplace is becoming equally more critical. Internationally recognised, MHFA is a training course which teaches people how to learn to understand and spot the signs and symptoms of mental health.
We all know that maintaining a good work-life balance is important for not just our personal health and wellbeing, but for our mental health too. Nearly two-thirds of people say that they have experienced mental ill-health and evidence suggests that poor mental health is responsible for almost 13% of all sickness absence days in the UK. A sad state of affairs indeed.
