Due to our continued growth, Unmasked Mental Health has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Counsellor to work with us 2 days per week to support our Counselling services.
This role will support our external counselling and wellbeing drop-in sessions on our client sites approximately one day per week (normally Tuesdays). These clients are typically based within the West Yorkshire region. In addition, the Counsellor will conduct client assessments over the telephone on the 2nd day from our office in Halifax Town Centre, identifying whether the individual is suitable for support through our Counselling services, matching new clients with our student Counsellors,
The successful candidate will also provide support on our Employee Support Line. Evidence experience/qualifications in remote work is essential to ensure compliance and professional practice. Training in this will be provided where necessary.
The successful individual will report to our Counselling Lead, Shirley Higham.
Whilst this role is currently for 2 days per week, there may be an opportunity for this to be increased as the service grows.
Salary is £16 per hour. A car is essential for this role. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
